Ordering Process

Orders are accepted through WhatsApp communication. An order is considered confirmed only after we acknowledge availability and confirm the order details.

Payment

Payments may be accepted through UPI, bank transfer, cash on delivery (where applicable) or other approved methods communicated during order confirmation.

Fresh Preparation

Many of our products are prepared fresh after order confirmation. Preparation time may vary based on product type and order quantity.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders promptly.

Bulk & Catering Orders

Bulk, party and catering orders may require advance confirmation and partial or full advance payment. Cancellation terms for such orders may differ and will be communicated separately.

Returns & Replacements

As food products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted. If an item is damaged during delivery, spoiled, incorrect, or if there is a delivery-related issue, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and order details. Eligible cases may receive a replacement or appropriate resolution as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
