At Kittu Bittu Foods, we take great care in preparing and delivering fresh homemade products. Since our products are food items and are delivered manually, customer satisfaction and product quality are very important to us.
Delivery Damage or Delivery Issues
If your order is damaged during delivery, leaked, broken, tampered with, or if there is any delivery-related issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and share:
- Order details
- Photos of the damaged product and package
- A brief description of the issue
In such cases, our first priority is to provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
Food Quality Issues
If you believe there is a genuine issue with the food quality, freshness or product condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the concern.
We will review the issue carefully. If the issue is found to be genuine after verification, we will provide a replacement product.
Replacement Policy
Eligible cases may receive a replacement when:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product quality issue is verified by us
- The product was spoiled before delivery due to handling issues
Refund Policy
If a replacement cannot be provided, is not feasible, or if the issue remains unresolved after review, we will process a refund for the affected item.
Approved refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time the refund is confirmed.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the order whenever possible (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements may not be available in the following situations:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Taste preference differences after consumption
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Products that have been significantly consumed before reporting the issue
